Good Morning! Does anyone know what dipping sauce is served with green bean fries? Hubby wants these bad! Thank you.

Hi, Don't have a clue but maybe these might work. cheers. Spicy Garlic Roasted Pepper Sauce 4 Roasted Red Peppers from a Jar - drained 2 cloves Garlic - chopped ¼tsp - to taste dried Chilli 1tbsp Tomato Purée 2 to 3tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pinch dried Oregano Drop(s) Tabasco Sauce - to taste Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper Optional - 1tbsp Parmesan Reggiano - grated - for spreading Place the peppers, garlic, dried chilli, purée, oil, oregano, Tabasco, salt and pepper into a mini blender and blend until almost smooth; Set aside

Garlic Mushroom Dip Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Ingredients 1 Onion - thinly sliced 2tbsp Butter 355g/12½oz Button Mushrooms - roughly chopped 1 bulb Garlic - peeled with cloves roughly chopped 1tsp sweet Red Wine ½tsp Balsamic Vinegar Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper 8fl oz Greek style Yogurt or Sour Cream Put the onions in a dry pan over medium/high heat and cook, stirring continuously, until all liquid evaporates; Add the butter, lower the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for sometime until the onions caramelize; Add the mushrooms and black garlic and sauté for another 5 minutes or so, until very soft; Stir in the wine and vinegar, season well and combine thoroughly together; “Blitz” with a blender and pulse until you get the consistency you want - chunky or smooth; Allow to fully cool; Spoon into a bowl with the yogurt and mix well to combine. Serve. Note: You can cover and chill in fridge for up to 24 hours.

Thanks Don. I think the sauce he's talking about might be Cajun spiced or wasabi based. He doesn't know. Geez...

Hi Party Chef, A ranch dip is usually served with green bean fries - try this recipe - 1/2 c ranch dressing 1/2 c cucumber, peeled, chopped & seeded 1 Tbsp horseradish, drained 1 Tbsp milk 1 tsp distilled white vinegar 2 tsp wasabi powder 1 pinch cayenne pepper kosher To Make the dip: Puree the dressing, cucumber, horseradish, milk, vinegar, wasabi powder, cayenne pepper, and salt to taste in blender untill smooth. Cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.

Green Bean Fries

These are tasty alternatives to both regular french fries and also a way to get in your veggies! I make them by the truckload and freeze them. My husband hates green beans but gobbles these up! Serve with Ranch dressing or another favorite dipping sauce.

Usually a Ranch Dressing. Some establishments emblish on the original version and incoporate other or diffrent ingredients in to make it their own.

At TGIFridays, which is where I've had them, they are served with a cucumber wasabi ranch dressing. I found this copy cat recipe for both the beans and dip.
