Thanks Don. I think the sauce he's talking about might be Cajun spiced or wasabi based. He doesn't know. Geez...

These are tasty alternatives to both regular french fries and also a way to get in your veggies! I make them by the truckload and freeze them. My husband hates green beans but gobbles these up! Serve with Ranch dressing or another favorite dipping sauce.

Again I learned something today. I've not heard of these either, but they sure look good. I think I would like them with a chipotle dip. Yum

Enjoy this dressing on salads and baked potatoes or use it as a dip for vegetables.

Usually a Ranch Dressing. Some establishments emblish on the original version and incoporate other or diffrent ingredients in to make it their own.

At TGIFridays, which is where I've had them, they are served with a cucumber wasabi ranch dressing. I found this copy cat recipe for both the beans and dip. http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/chicken/copy-cat-tgi-fridays-green-bean-fries.html

Breaded and deep-fried, crispy green beans are a guaranteed hit when served with a zesty buttermilk ranch dressing that gets its kick from wasabi and horseradish.
