I am going to make a double batch of monkey bread muffins. I am still rather new at bread making. The problem I have is I don’t have enough room in my oven to bake both batches at once. I am afraid if I leave one batch out while the other bakes that they will continue to rise. If I put the muffins in the refrigerator will that stop the process? http://www.sacramentostreet.com/2012/10/on-the-menu-monkey-bread-muffins/

The fridge will slow it down, not stop it. Should be ok thou, not long enough time to make that much difference I don't think.

Thanks guys, I did not want to ruin the batch waiting to bake. :-)
