Crepe batter should be good for 3 days.

If it has raw eggs, I wouldn't keep for more then 1 day. The leavening will also work best is used shortly after you add it to the liquids.

I just make all the crepes all in one day, and save them in the fridge up to a few days. I have never wanted to use day old batter.

^^^ same here. Eggs can be tricky once you crack them open and combine with other ingredients. Safer to cook them up and freeze the finishe product.
