Awesome for a barbeque. Can't decide whether to have hotdogs or hamburgers? Well, try the ultimate grilled concoction.

My husband would love that! We saw a show a year or so back where this rest deep fried EVERYTHING..... down to even a slice of pizza! It was insane! It was somewhere up in North Jersey or NYC.. To this day he keeps wanting to go! I am like NO NO NO! ;-)

My son insisted on trying these. They really are not something you eat very often. However, they were delicious!!!. I put out extras on a tray so they could choose whatever else they wanted on them. Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, even chili. I loved the chili sauce on mine. lol. I figured if I'm gonna go crazy, I might as well go all the way.. If you try these, be sure to seal the burger well around the hot dog, otherwise they will split open while grilling. We do a lot of grilling, and some people like to have a burger and maybe a hot dog also. So why not just put them together. These really are a must try at least once.

A hundred years ago my mom would boil dogs and I thought they were so good. Then I aged and discovered grilling!

I do love em grilled also BUT just something about a boiled hot dog is still YUMO to me! Especially when you get em in NYC - we call them 'dirty water dogs' hahahhaha

Holy, moly - just what we need! I made dogs wrapped in bacon w/ cheese and chili sauce just the other day. Also added onion.

tried them - not very bacon-y. Not bad, just not very bacon-y. They made some that they called NY style (also Chicago style) that we loved and I can't find them anymore

The NYC (garlic) and Chicago Style(tomato, onion, dill) are part of the SELECTS no artificial preservatives no extra nitrates-tites (except those naturally occurring in celery) I concur they are delish. They are spendy bucks in the store but I have been lucky enough to snag them now and again at the 99¢ store. Don't eat them often but I have been doing the spiral cut and broiling them.

Give your family's next grilled hot dog roast a little zip by making bacon-cheese dogs. Simply layer hot dog buns with Swiss cheese and bacon slices, top each with a dog, barbeque sauce, and diced red onion, and have a feast!

I'm sitting here eating a very healthy salad with lots of veggies and lemon juice for the dressing... I'd rather have a bacon cheese dog!
