I feel like I haven't been around forever! It's been crazy here between work and....I'm having baby boy in September! I didn't want to say anything until all my testing came back (because I'm old...lol). Everything came back perfect! Anyways I'm off to work early....going to give this a try tonight with fried rice and egg roll stir fry. Have a beautiful day!

Baked Haddock

Haddock (or other white fish) is lightly breaded and baked. Parmesan adds a nice flavor. Quick and easy to prepare, it's a nice alternative to deep frying.

Good morning! Hot dogs for me, too. Or if it's too hot at work, cottage cheese and strawberries. You got more done than I did-I just weeded around the asparagus and the rhubarb. Now that I know exactly where they are and what else is there (onions, garlic chives, hyacinths, peonies, mums I can start planning what I want and where for next year. Funny how the weeds do so well!

Hot dogs sounds good. I was digging up and moving plants yesterday also...today my back is complaining about it. I have one blueberry bush, but it is only one year old and so far no berries.

I have to make 80-90 pizzelle bowls for a wedding shower. I will plop them over a custard cup when they come off the iron to form the bowl. Going to serve ice cream in them. Also going to make the RG mini pies today. No idea about dinner, yet.
