What is the name of the cookie/bar that is made with soda crackers on the bottom covered with brown sugar/butter and then melted chocolate on top? I would like to make it again but can't find the recipe because I don't know what it's called!!

This is an easy to make but wonderfully delicious treat. We pack them in tins and give as gifts during the holidays. Use your favorite nuts to top the cookies.

Look for the recipe "Popularity Cookies" I have made them many times and always receive rave reviews.

Transform saltine crackers into crunchy toffee by topping with homemade caramel, bittersweet chocolate, and sliced almonds. Enjoy the multi-layered texture and a symphony of sweet and savory.

Hi! I have a couple of suggestions... Try looking for a recipe for either Christmas Crack, Old Fashioned Candy or Toffee. I made Christmas Crack this past year. It was delicious and sounds like the same thing you want to make.
