whippedcreme is asking: (1 answer)
could I add some spinach to this pasta, and how would you cook/add it? I was thinking sautee it for a minute or two (until softened) in a fry pan? I plan on leaving out the marijoram, and the olives (picky boyfriend!!)

I didn't go look at the recipe but spinach wilts really fast. Just tossing it with hot pasta will do the trick.

I do exactly as BN posted. Have seen peeps drain the hot pasta water over the spinach in a colander as well.

Hi, yes it will work with this recipe. Just do either way that BN or PD had suggest.
