I plan to make the inside for dinner.... I am not the best chicken baker! hahah (great grilling) Question 1) could I grill this recipe do you think? 2) If I do bake - I am doing 4 SLBL chicken breasts. On what temp and how long would you bake? Thanks!

The recipe calls for 325 for 50 mins which to me is too low a temp and why skin side down I don't know. BLSL breasts dry out much quicker than a thigh and cook far thicker and I don't recall cooking them just in the oven (usually pan seared then finished in the oven). Try 375-400 for 10 min/side

Oven bake just 350 35-40 minutes. If you have thermometer check temp. I pull mine when I oven bake at 160-165. Then rest, they will finish at 170 recommended temp. I don't know why you couldn't grill them. You could always put them in a foil pie tin(the disposable kind I save for these kind of grilling)and cover with foil and do them on the grill. It keeps them moist and tends to carmalize them which is always yummy! I do italian dressing marinated ones that way.

Hi; If you wish you should be able to BBQ this recipe just do not drowned when brushing on the honey mixture. Agree on the cooking time in the oven.
