Fried Rice Please-Carolyn is having a craving for some fried rice. That sounds great to me as well. Thing is we have no eggs and no peas or carots. Can we still make some good fried rice? Thanks for any help.

We like this one! And I sometimes leave out the eggs...so sure why not! I guess the most important item you need is soy sauce. Do you have any other type of veggies to throw in?

Here's the perfect way to use leftover rice--fried rice with bacon makes a quick weeknight meal, and it's ready in just minutes.

Hi Seamus! Hope all is well with you today. I love fried rice, but not eggs, so I alsways make mine without them. Any protein and veggies will work, just use cold rice for a good result. Sounds really good!

The delicious sweet and savory combination of pineapple, ham, peas, green onion, and eggs quickly wok-fried with rice is a sure-fire family favorite. Start with leftover cold rice for a super quick weeknight meal.

Was going to say you REALLY only need rice and can add and subtract or sub what you have but then I remembered this one....don't need rice for this....

Quinoa makes the perfect substitution for rice in this fried rice-style dish. Cooked ham, bell peppers, and onions add flavor to this hearty and light side dish.
