Italian seasoning is in the spice section at the grocery store. Different than italian dressing packet.

Dried Italian seasoning can be found in the spice aisle of your local super market. It's not a salad dressing. I use it for several things like adding to a spaghetti sauce.

I've never seen "packets" of Italian seasoning, just the packets of Good Seasons Italian Dressing. Are you able to "show" us the recipe?

Its for a Shrimp recipe It says,Put down fresh shrimp ,than sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning..So i guess Italian dressing is not what they meant..

Is it this recipe? Instructions say Sprinkle dry Italian Dressing mix, so yes, it would be a pkt of dressing mix.

That may be what they meant and they're just calling it italian seasoning. I bet it will be good with the italian dressing packet.

I would assume that it's meant to mean a packet of Italian dressing mix. I can't imagine what else it could mean.

Hi; What does it say on the list of ingredients. If you could post the recipe I could take a look at it.

If it says '1 pkg' of.....then I would think they mean the dry salad dressing mix, not the dry spice in a bottle.
