Yes, but use a freezer bag and take all the air out.

I bet you could. Those parts come in a frozen turkey, and you have to remove them from your Thanksgiving bird!

I use to freeze chicken livers until I got enough for a meal. They freeze well, but watch out for freezer burn.

I freeze then for my husband to fish with but if your going to eat them I would only freeze if the chicken hasn't been previously frozen or if it was frozen only defrost in fridge and freeze within 24 hours.
