WIll pancake batter stay good in the refrigerator?? How long will it last? Should I freeze it?

I don't think I'd freeze it. I've made pancakes, though, and then frozen them. They reheat nicely in a toaster oven, or I suppose the regular oven. Not so good in the microwave,they get rubbery.

A recipe I tried didn't last too long in the fridge. I second what MA suggests, works great from the freezer to the toaster oven or regular oven.

It will be fine for 1 day,then i would do what Mother Ann and Lucky Noodles said.

If it has eggs in it, I would use within a day. Even the leavening will go flat if left to sit around too long.
