I'd go to the fast food Mexican chain and get their new "Bowl" Thinking it was healthy.560 calories,22 gr fat and 1520mg sodium.

What really infuriates me is the chain restaurants that team up with the American Heart Association and have them "endorse" certain low cal, low fat menu items when one serving will have 3 days worth of sodium.

I just can't understand why they can not make REALLY HEALTHY dishes.

They can and have made healthy dishes and have found they do not sell well. They drop them from the menu and add unhealthy items that people will order.
