For your Oven Fried Chicken 11, can I use Panko Crumbs instead of Italian Bread Crumbs?

I'm sure you can. However, the panko is thicker/bigger. But you could easily run the pankos through a blender and then add seasoning to it to make italian seasoned crumbs. Just a thought.

Hi Joan, All I use (mostly) is panko. Really crispy in oven and doesn't soak up as much oil when frying.

There's italian seasoned panko crumbs too. :)
