Catherine is asking: (4 answers)
So if I bake the skinless, boneless chicken breasts, at what temperature and for how long? If I bake the chicken leg quarters (with skin on and bone in), at what temperature and for how long?

For me i always cook for about 1 hr for both. As far as temp it depends on the pan i am using. If it is metal than 325 if glass then 350. My oven seems to run hotter since I got the new element so I have to cut the temp back from the 375 that is normally used.

Catherine, I would bake the quarters for about 45 min at 350. Be careful with chicken breasts - they vary in size and that can dry them out. If you have a meat pounder, the best way is to flatten to an even thickness and sauté about 6 min per side in olive oil. If you want to bake the boneless/skinless, I would be sure to marinate first. They go from done to dry quickly.

bnl snl breast 30 mins unless browned in pan first-then 10 mins. Whole legs about 50 mins. Both at 375 degrees

I'd separate the thighs from the drum sticks--that would help even out baking time. Maybe start the dark meat and add the breasts after about 10 or 15 minutes.
