Catherine is asking: (1 answer)
I will be making BBQ chicken, and I have skinless chicken breasts and leg quarters with skin on and bone in. Can I bake them altogether, and if so, at what temperature and for how long?

No. The breasts will take a lot less time to cook.

Dark meat takes a longer cooking time. Hope this helps!

I cook both at the same time. I have 2 who likes white and 2 dark. It seems that the breasts I get are larger than the legs as a result they cook at the same time. Temp depends on the pan metalat 325 and glass at 350
