Beverly is looking for: (9 recommendations)
Good Morning - I am having company in a week and have been looking at the "Breakfast Casseroles" on this site. I have tried some, but would like some of you to tell me your very favorite. Thank you in advance. Thank you Dairy Queen and Kaylene 47. Also thank you for showing me how to ask for recipe - had no clue. Thank you both.

This is a very unique breakfast dish. Good for any holiday breakfast or brunch, it's filled with the fresh taste of blueberries, and covered with a rich blueberry sauce to make it a one of a kind.

'After enjoying scrambled egg muffins at a local restaurant, I came up with this version that my husband likes even better,' writes Cathy Larkins of Marshfield, Missouri. They're pretty, hearty and fun to serve, too.

This is delicious. I have made it with diced ham, and with sausage too instead of bacon. We like it with the sausage the best. It's easy and no-fail:) Everyone loves it!

Perfect for a special breakfast or brunch, this make-ahead eggy casserole combines toasted English muffins with layers of cheese, mushrooms, and asparagus. Refrigerate overnight, bake the next day, and keep your morning clear for celebrating instead of cooking.

This is delicious and you just pop it in the oven in the morning. And substituting different veggies, ham or bacon, or other breads changes it up.
