Turkey Potato Casserole

This was made from Thanksgiving leftovers, and ingredients in my pantry. It's a family favorite and a hit at Pot lucks. With leftovers, it's a breeze, made from scratch ... it's work. Either way it's a hit and well worth the time. After a holiday meal half the work is done because you usually have the mashed potatoes, and turkey. When I make it from scratch, I usually use chicken rather than turkey. Prep times are from leftovers.

Savory meatballs are baked in a flavorful sour cream sauce to make a dish that's comforting enough for every day, and good enough for company.

Anyone have allergies or are picky? What are your normal meals? Love this but I bought a bag of frozen precooked meatballs. Served over egg noodles, add a salad and dinner is served.

Good Morning JennLee, above just under the logo is a menu bar. You will see New at AR, Recipes, videos, menus, holidays, etc. Click on the Menus tab. Explore that part of the site. You can create menus and even sign up to receive weekly menus via e-menu. This is a portion of the AR site I particularly like.

Italian Baked Cannelloni

This is a very special old Italian dish that warms your stomach, as well as your heart. It is a labor of love, but worth every bite! For a different taste, you can use a combination of ground beef and ground pork.

Sloppy Joes are extra saucy, extra spicy with the addition of chunky salsa. They're scrumptious served on soft potato rolls.

Make this often ~~ change it a bit to our liking. I use Pace Mild Picante Sauce instead of the ketchup and salsa, leave out hot sauce, and use 1 tsp. Worcestshire. We like them over mashed potatoes. Have also made into a layered cass. with potatoes, then used french fried onion rings to top it.

16 ounce Picante sauce (sorry).

Strips of flank steak are marinated overnight in a very flavorful mixture of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, sherry, barbeque sauce, green onions and garlic. Skewer, grill and serve as an entree or appetizer.
