Any fish sauce suggestions? I'm going to fry up some tuna patties for dinner tonight. Thanks.

Tartar Sauce I

Simple tartar sauce for deep fried seafood. It is better if prepared several hours before you will be using it, but it can be used immediately. Store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

I made this tartar sauce recently. But instead of using minced onion, I used onion powder.

Add some heat to your tartar sauce with the introduction of jalapeno peppers and hot sauce.

This delicious tartar sauce, vegetable dip is similar to that served at the famous King's Inn restaurant on Baffin Bay in South Texas.

Fresh parsley and dried tarragon are just two of the sources of flavor in this recipe you'll want to prepare next time you're having fried fish at the house.

The easiest way to get perfect Hollandaise sauce is to use a blender. This recipe has all the same ingredients as the classic, but no double boiler and no chance of the sauce separating. I love the lemony flavor on fresh steamed asparagus!

You'll probably have everything on hand and its great on any fish sandwich served with a lemon wedge on the side.
