I found a package of "tenderized" beef for stew today. I'd really like to make kabobs on the grill with it. Does anyone have a good recipe for a marinade that will be tasty for beef kabobs? Thanks!

Unless it's something other than regular stew meat I don't think it will be tender enough for kabobs even thou it's been tenderized. Maybe cook one cube up in saute pan and see if it is tender enough.

After a wild night marinating in a slightly sweet soy sauce and lemon-lime mixture, sirloin steak chunks are skewered with veggies and grilled. You'll want to make these again and again!

This was good. Made a big batch of this last summer and froze steak chunks in individual packs for easy kabob grilling.

This here's a great marinade for any cut of beef, but I like to use it on steak. It contains basic ingredients that, when combined and allowed to blend, will give you a tender, juicy piece of meat every time.

I used this all winter for grilling steaks and will probably use it for kabobs as well.
