I am sure they mean the 10 oz - that's a lot of peas. I add them often to salads...

Hiya! I was out goofing off LOL! I always just buy the box. Probably 10 oz, Maggi's right.

It makes a LOT. It doesn't have to sit overnight, but at least a couple of hours to give the dressing time to integrate into the mayo. You actually could probably mix it and the parm if you wanted to serve it faster.

Long as you have a layer of each, it's easy to size it down. And if you want to use the whole packet of seasoning instead of trying to figure out what to do with the rest, it probably wouldn't matter, just more flavor. You're welcome, hope you enjoy it as much as we do. I cheat sometimes and use the real bacon bacon bits. Not as good, but hey!

i have bacon cooked & in the freezer (i use for quiche & salads)- but i will remember in case i am in a hurry sometime- the dressing mix- i will just add to the chicken i will be making for dinner- i thought there are the two of us and the two neighbor ladies- it will be good for their next day lunch and hubs takes lunch daily too--that is if there is any left:-)

It won't last but 3 days or so. The bacon and the lettuce get all wilty from the sauce once you mix it. We love this stuff! It never lasts anyway because we eat the heck out of it.
