Has anyone tried flat iron steak on the grill? Excellent!

We love sweet potato done on the BBQ. Turn it in high and char it evenly. Takes 15-20 minutes. Peel the skin off. It's tricky cause they're hot! Mash with butter, maple syrup and thinly sliced green onions. Yum!

That sounds yummy. I love sweet potatoes but never made them on the grill.

Oh let me see. . . Ribs, chicken. skirt steak, turkeys, brisket, rib eyes, smores, veggies, I even made enchiladas on a bet one time from scratch on the bbq. I grilled off everything, heated up the sauce in a sauce pot on bbq and layered it in a casserole pan, " baked " it on the bbq too!! Most excellent!!

LOL I've grilled manicotti also. Made a batch in a disposable foil pan, planning to bake it in the oven like normal. Plans changed, and we got invited to the lake. Ended up throwing the pan onto one of the campsite grills. It was really good!

Butter, salt and a little pepper are all you really need to bring out corn's natural sweetness on the grill.

Love grilling corn on the cob and this method of buttering it before you grill is so delicious.

Flavorful flank steak is marinated for several hours in a marinade of lemon zest, olive oil, rosemary, and garlic, then grilled to perfection.

My favourite thing to grill, besides shish-ka-bobs (any kind!) is red, orange and yellow peppers. I quarter them and brush them with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Grill the INSIDE first (burns less easily), then turn onto the outside and watch carefully. The smell of grilled peppers is amazing and you can use them as a side just as they are or chop/slice for pizza toppings, add to pasta, etc.
