Would love your favorite recipe for pork chops that doesn't have cream of mushroom. No lemon pepper either. If it is healthy that would be great but not necessary!

This is a great and simple alternative for plain pork chops without being overwhelmed with flavor.

A classic French pan-sauce made with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and lemon juice is a delicious way to enjoy sautéed pork tenderloin medallions.

Even though it calls for medallions chops can be used.

Should have noted I don't use the lemon pepper. Just salt and pepper with the sauce.

Hi Jess I've always looked at a pork chop as being a steak, and so normally will grill them. Dressing them with a wet rub of mustard and fresh ground garlic, seasoning to your personal taste Cooked mustard doesn't taste like mustard, by the way! Do not overcook!

I've made this recipe using pork chops. Turned out great. Was my first time cooking with and eating capers, so good thing it turns out I like them.

Topping your pork chops with tomato, basil, oregano, garlic, and mozzarella cheese will give them a pizza-like flavor.

Pork Chops with Apple Cider Glaze

Pork chops with a glossy apple cider glaze is really easy, and while there's no starch or extra butter involved, it reduces quickly to a thick, rich, sweet-tart apple syrup.

Six ingredients - pork chops, black beans, salsa, cilantro, black pepper, and olive oil - are all you need to make this quick and delicious dish.

I have never used black beans, just cheap pork and beans and after browning, cook the chops on low until very tender.

Jess, if you wanted them sort of braised or stewed, you could give this one a look...I call it "Lancastshire Hot Pot" 6 Medium red potato's 2.5 lbs boneless chops, cut to 2" cubes 3 medium Vidalia onions 1.5 C water 1 pkg powdered onion soup 5-6 medium carrots 1/3 C butter 0.5 oz Worcestshire S+P Oil 0.5 C flour Sloce onion and potato to 3/8" cubes Pare carrots, chop to 3" lengths, and split in half. In a 4 litre crockpot or Dutch Oven, layer in potato carrot and onion. Coat meat with flour, layer over the veggies, seasoning with S+P as you go. Repeat layers until pot is filled or supplies exhausted. Bring water to a boil and dissolve soup mix and worcestshire sauce Pour over layers and top with butter Cover and bake to about 3 hrs at 350
