I can't log in on laptop, takes forever to type on phone. Want to make dressed up beef burgers but not too much out there. I know Bacon. What else to offer?

Stuff it with cheese, Mushrooms sauteed in butter, Red onion, Avocado.

Thanks Bambam. We always have to have a big pan of caramelized onions but sounds yummy to make part of it a spread.

Caramelized Onions on the Grill

These are absolutely melt in your mouth delicious! You can make them on the grill or in the oven. Even friends of ours that don't care for onions loved these! I would recommend that you use 1 large onion for every 2 people. Some people want one whole onion to themselves so you might want to make some extra! They are also good heated up the next day but we rarely have any extra!

Fresh jalapeno peppers are stuffed with a creamy Cheddar cheese filling, wrapped in bacon, and grilled until the bacon is browned and the peppers are hot. Make them on the side of your grill while you grill your burgers or dogs in the center.

Hi gderr - trying to keep the burgers basic. But grilled peppers will now be something to add for a topper. Also think this would be a nice side for some from the grill. Thanks.

Hi Koriekiss. Want to keep the patties basic but offer all kinds of toppings. I do think blue cheese would make a nice spread. Thanks.

Hi Grandma One pound ground round, S+P, a beaten egg, a half cup of your choice of oatmeal, penko or bread crumbs, a quarter cup of sour cream, a couple TBSP of your favourite BBQ sauce, a TBSP of chipped garlic, a TBSP of mustard, and 1-2 TBSP of maple syrup OR ground blue cheese, depending on how you like them. Mix thoroughly with a fork Form into patties, being sure that the edges are equally thick as the middles. (No need to have the edges burn) Set into the fridge to firm up a bit (an hour or two) Just prior to cooking, "dimple" the middle slightly (as it will cook slower than the rims) and push a 3/8" hole through it. When that hole sort of seals up, its time to turn them. All of the onions and peppers and mushrooms can get piled on top, or underneath...at least, they do in my world.
