Hot Bean Dip

This bean dip is sooooo good. It is easy to make and is always a hit. I make it for my Super Bowl party each year and it is always gone before half time!! Two cheeses and refried beans are baked with mild spices to create a creamy dip. Serve with tortilla chips.

Still dealing with leftover Easter ham so I think I'll make this. I used a ham steak the first time I made this and it was really tasty.

That ice cream recipe looks good. One of the comments said she added mini chocolate chips. That'd be tasty too. I think it would be just as good to stir chopped Maraschino cherries and mini chips into softened purchased ice cream. I'll pretend I'm having this for dessert tonight!

Good Morning everyone! I think we'll have taco salad tonight along with tortilla chips. And I have about half a bag of mini Reese's peanut butter cups to use up, so I'll give these a try. Hubs can take them to his tennis buddies! Enjoy your day!

Best use I have ever found for left over ham! Be sure to save the pan drippings and chill them so you can remove the fat leaving behind the good tasting juices that flavor the soup broth so well.
