Sour cream guarantees a moist and tender loaf. And bananas are sliced instead of mashed in this recipe, giving a concentrated banana taste in every bite.

Good morning! Well, I changed my mind about dinner about 3 times yesterday but it resulted in dinner being cooked for tonight already :) Lastnight was layered bean dip, green chile chicken enchilada casserole(from the freezer), & lentil quesadillas. Delish! Tonight is this w/bread sticks.... http://www.mydailymoment.com/recipes/crockpot_spaghetti_chicken_in_white_sauce.php....I also made 3 mini loaves of this banana bread(I'm completely addicted), brownies, & a ham quiche(pinterest). Today I'm baking some coconut bread(TOH recipe). I think my iron's kicking in cuz I def feel like I have more energy! My car's in the shop & I'm getting contacts today & DD has her 2nd chiropractor appt so I have to run hubby to work so I can use his car. No playing this morning. Have a great day everyone!!
