Good Morning hope everyone is having a good day. - I am wanting to make the Spicy Chicken wings recipe attached - but with chicken tenderlions.. but do not have Rice Wine (1/4 cup needed); i have Rice Vinegar; Red Wine Vinegar and Sherry - is there a combo I can use or sub to make this dish - thanks a lot. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spicy-Chinese-Chicken-Wings/Detail.aspx

Sound absolutely delicious! Such a small amount, I would probably use a smidge under a 1/4 cup sherry and add a tablespoon of your rice vinegar to round it out. Hope they turn out well!

Mother always said, "A receipe is only a guide". So let your pantry be your guide, so I would use the rice vinegar.

thanks guys good advice - maybe mix both together, to make the right amount. both are good and I use the rice vinegar in my other oriental recipes; and you never can go wrong with Sherry. Have a good day.

There were wonderful. I did mine a little different. I let them marinate for about 4-5 hours; then drained the liquid and dusted in flour and lightly fried, loved them. My husband kept saying how flavorful and guod they were. Oh, and I used Chicken Tenders since that was all I had and really wanted them.
