My question is - I know there are several highly rated recipes here but the least positive reviews on those same recipes scare me a little. I want them to be juicy and tender not dry and tough. What is the best way to make them. Bake only or boil and bake or?????

I like ribs cooked in the sauce, so I bake mine, then if the weather is decent, I throw them on the grill for a bit.

These simple baby back ribs are seasoned with a homemade dry rub, then glazed with barbeque sauce and baked to produce tender, delicious ribs.

Recipe isn't from AR but I like to do a dry rub/seasoning on them, place in a low (250 degree) oven, covered with some water for about 2 hrs. Uncover and finish in oven at 350 (or on BBQ outside depending on the time of year). Only brush on the sauce 15-30 minutes before they are done so it doesn't burn/char.

These pork ribs require a double cooking process and an overnight bath in a marinade. The spicy rub and rich sauce make them worth the wait!
