Amanda is looking for: (9 recommendations)
Planning next week's menu and hit a wall. I have no idea what I want to make. Any suggestions? First time in several weeks I won't have to cater to picky eaters and dietary restrictions and I don't know what to do with myself... TIA!

We had this last night with white rice and green beans. We LOVED it. I think the key is marinating it for the 24 hours. I used thinly sliced flank steak.

This is a great one. What dietary restrictions are there?

Oh, yum! Depending on the day I'm cooking for a vegetarian, someone with high cholesterol, or a diabetic. Also, most of the picky eaters are afraid of vegetables.

This is a special recipe bar-b-que brisket that is slow cooked in the oven. Enjoy, this can be cooked outdoors on pit if preferred.

And later on during the week, I simply rinse of part of the left over brisket, simmer with some salsa & taco flavorings and have shredded beef tacos. Yummm x2

Tilapia Pita - say it ten times real fast. A delightful light meal. Excellent for weekend afternoon gatherings, and aesthetically pleasing, too! Feel free to experiment with the seasonings and sauce ingredients to match your personal tastes.

Chicken thighs marinate for an hour in an easy Asian-inspired sauce mix, then are baked and served with more sauce. There's honey for sweet, soy for salty, and chili sauce for hot, plus plenty of garlic. Marinate ahead of time to make dinner extra fast.

Saved this one for when the weather starts cooperating again. I think I have everything but the produce to make it.

This is my pick. I make this when I want something different. I double the sauce and add onions, peppers and zucchini in the last 15 min of cooking and serve it over rice.

I think this is going to fill one of the empty slots. Thanks!
