Can you substitute Rapid Rise yeast instead of active dry yeast for the dinner rolls?

Yes. I always use rapid rise and get great results year-round. When you house is cooler in the winter, rapid rise is a better choice.

I agree! I have only used rapid rise since I discovered it makes bread making a ton easier =)
