Hello Recipeeps! Can anyone tell me if I can sub heavy cream for half and half?

probably, depends a little on the recipe andhow it might alter the out come. I sub milk for cream so I"m not as picky as some about creaminess. I have also subbed cream and milk for half and half since to me that's all it is (sort of) :)

also, when I say sub 'this' for 'that', 'this' is what I use and 'that' is what it called for. Many here say it with the opposite meaning.

I know what you mean, Linda. I always have to go back to look at the recipe to see what they meant! Crazy, huh?!

Depends on the recipe, but you should be able to. If you have milk, do half cream, half milk.
