I just made some rabbit stew overnight using a 12 qt dutch oven, but the skin and broth has turned black. I've made lamb stew and recently made goat stew in here before without results like this. Is this normal, and/or safe to eat?

Safety wise, I have no idea. Normal? I don't think so! Hos long did it cook and at what temperature?
