How about a St. Patricks day appetizer? I want something green or Irish. Thought about Dubliner cheese, but that's it. Any ideas?

Add a little Popeye-inspired love to your deviled egg recipe by folding in spinach, creating a colorful addition to the appetizer table.

Hey, I took that picture! :) they were pretty good. Chop the spinach up very small though, or its stringy in the eggs.

Use ripe avocado instead of mayonnaise to make these green-tinted deviled eggs with a mild, nutty flavor.

I thought of this after seeing Nadine's idea. It uses avocado instead of mayo so it's green.
