Sandy, if you check out my reviews around 2010, I made a lot of AR recipes and adapted them to the WW way of eating. I am addicted to Allrecipes, so I just check out the nutrition stats at the very bottom of the page of most recipes on here. Then I use the handy dandy WW calculator to figure out the points. I'll try to post a few recipes I have enjoyed.

There are several great recipes and Weight Watcher members on this site. While this recipe is 10 points with small substution you can bring it down lower. ie the yohurt the one here would be full fat but if you could use a low fat or non-fat yohurt it would help. Also you could up the salad and reduce the amount of dressing and chicken on the salad.

I came up with this light recipe you might enjoy. Make it even lighter by using spaghetti squash instead of pasta!

If you make this according to the recipe, it is 5 points+. I made it with hot turkey Italian sausage and did not adjust, figuring that I would be under, but too lazy to figure, lol! Very good, satisfying, flavorful soup.

This sounds right up my alley. I just bought three pkgs of imitation crab meat on sale, I sometimes make a pretend seafood dinner with just two large scallops (expensive) cooked in teflon pan with imitation crab meat and have asparagus on the side, I will try this soon, Thanks

Right now I am on a PB2 kick, that is the peanut butter that is a powder, you re-conctitute it with water or almond milk etc very good, I mix it into nofat greek yogurt with dark cocoa powder for a treat Also steaming carrots till sort of half done, drain, pour non-alcoholic liquid tequila mix over them, not too much and let them marinate, very good cold snack, can sprinkle herbs on.
