Roasted Bell Peppers with Simple Vinaigrette

As the name implies, roasted bell peppers are married in a simple red wine and garlic vinaigrette. This is lovely on sandwiches, tossed into a salad, etc.

Roasted Peppers served with sliced bagette bread. I slice some provolone cheese and put out olives too. I'll do mostly red peppers with a green and/or yellow for added color.

To piggy back off of Linda's idea in regards to olives - check this out! I have done this a few times now and really like http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/marinated-olives/c5a82d2d-831d-456b-abca-539cac1a020c

Alfredo sauce brings a rich, creamy twist to an old favorite. Serve this hot dip with bread sticks, chips or crackers.

We love this one! I rec'd it to Paula, who did not care for it )= I always use the "fresh" alfredo with the "fresh" pasta at the grocery store. She used jarred. Not sure if that's the difference? [Jarred alfredo tastes tinny to me . . .]

Think of this as chafing-dish pizza without the dough! Five minutes in the microwave and you've got an appetizer on the table.

Looks nice layered, but tastes just as good all mixed, though not pretty.

This is an easy cream cheese spread to make, and it tastes just like the jalapeno poppers you wish you could make yourself! The hardest part of this recipe is not eating it all by yourself!

A wonderful appetizer everyone loves. Easy, delicious. Serve on pretty lettuce surrounded with crackers. I love blue cheese! I threw this together once when friends were over, and it's been a regular every since.

Deviled eggs made with spicy hot mustard have a sweet and hot kick. A cut stuffed olive on top adds to the presentation.

Tuna Ball

There's nothing fancy about the Tuna Ball, but it tastes great at parties and other get togethers. Chopped pecans give this blend of tuna, cream cheese and onion a light crunch. I love this appetizer with veggies, crackers and veggies.

These bite-sized appetizers are creamy, spicy, and cheesy. Why choose between stuffed mushrooms or jalapeno poppers when you can have both? At the same time!
