This recipe is awesome for fresh halibut - fresh herbs, lemon and dill spice the fish without overpowering the taste while remaining healthy and satisfying!

Looks like there are lots of recipes for halibut here. This one looks great for fresh halibut--simple lemon & herbs to bring out the flavor of the fish. I do love halibut!

An Italian-style vegetable and feta cheese topping is the perfect enhancement to delicious baked halibut.

These were very good! Since there are so many veggies in the recipe, a simple Caesar salad and some nice bread would go great!

When you're done this halibut dish melts in your mouth! The credit goes to my future mother-in-law! If you can find creme fraiche you may substitute it for the heavy cream. Each filet should be between 3/4 and 1 inch thick.

Love this recipe. It is worth work. I decrease the butter in the sauce and the cooking.

Grilled halibut is served with a delicious Asian-style sauce featuring shallots, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine.
