This savory pie is filled with an Irish stout gravy, loaded with steak, and baked between two flaky pie crusts.

Hi, Personally, I would leave out the raisins but keep the mushrooms. In UK/Ireland mostly served with creamy mash and a cooked veg. --- cabbage/green beans/broccoli or mashedcarrot/turnip. cheers.

Mother's Sweet Pea Salad

Submitted by: Nellie Dulin
MOTHER made this tasty salad for our Thanksgiving or Christmas diners. But it's so good I make it often during the year. It's an ideal accompaniment for whatever main dish we have for dinner. When served as an individual salad on a lettuce leaf, it's very attractive. --Nellie Dulin Concord, North Carolina

Crisp torn romaine lettuce, tomato, and avocado get flavor and crunch from ranch-style beans and crushed corn chips in a salad that's colorful and very quick.
