I have some nice dried cherries and I'd love to make some cookies with them. Any ideas? Thanks and Happy Hump Day!

They go great in oatmeal cookies. I've put them in chocolate chip too and they're really nice.

These are one of my favorites. I make them every holiday season. They are great for mailing and keep for weeks!

The addition of coffee granules and dried cherries places these triple chocolate cookies onto a whole new level.

I always see these when I do a recipe search for dried cherries. I was wondering if any of you had tried them....curious to know how the coffee flavor works out.

I'll bet the coffee adds a nice flavor with the chocolate. Mmmm

These cookies are wonderful, one of our favorite chocolate cookies. The coffee deepens the chocolate flavor.

Haven't made them yet but I do use leftover coffee in place of water when making chocolate cake. It doesn't taste like coffee but does deepen the chocolate flavor so I would think it would do the same here. Dried coffee is used here because cookies do not require alot of liquid. When I make these I'll add walnuts too.
