Here's mine. I think I tried it once but found it was too greasy....hence BUTTER pound cake! I was going to revamp it a bit with less (if I recall correctly). Now that I'm on WW I doubt I could revamp it enough!!!

This is mine and even though it's really good, it doesn't sound nearly as good as Petey's totally homemade version.

Sassy Tailgate Sandwiches

Submitted by: PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
From Real Women of Philadelphia 2010 Host Caryn Ross: Hawaiian bread rolls provide a subtly sweet contrast to the savory flavors of ham and PHILADELPHIA Chive and Onion Cream Cheese. The sandwiches are melt-in-your-mouth good after they come out of the oven.

This is good. A bit too oniony and cheesy for us, but that's easily modified. :o)

Zucchini Patties

Submitted by: Sherlie A. Magaret
Get out your grater or food processor, you'll need to grate up a bunch of zucchini. But this is what makes these patties fry up so wonderfully. A nice change from potato pancakes. Serve with a bit of tomato sauce or sour cream dabbed on top.
