The cheese sticks to the cracker crumbs so when you scoop it up it pulls right off! My daughter loves it!

A tangy, tomato-based sloppy joe sauce with brown sugar and apple cider vinegar makes a good sauce for chopped steak, too. Make it in a slow cooker, and pile it on toasted buns.

Morning Sunshines! I'm not cooking today and the guys will have to fend for themselves (which I'm sure means take-out). I have to work again today (one of our other managers quit). Oh what fun!

I put three recipes together for dinner last night. Three of us ate a half pie. The oatmeal crust Indiana Peggy posted, made with oats processed into flour. http://allrecipes.com/weblink/63559203/oatmeal-pie-crust---recipe-requests---community---allrecipes/detail.aspx. Then my apple pie filling, much like grandma Opal's. and finally the Apple Crisp II bramble topping. I am sure the guys will finish the pie tonight.

Thanks IP! This was such a good and easy crust. Thinking it would be good with peaches too!

That would be crumble topping above, not bramble. Darn auto correct, or need more coffee!

OMG crazy easy! And so good with my creation! I did oil my hands to pack it in the pie pan. You should have seen us going back into the kitchen for seconds, and thirds for our friend. We had some really good white cheddar from VT that we also put on the pie. Heaven!
