Hi everyone! I'm making the inside recipe for dinner tonight with a few of my own tweeks - adding fresh garlic, red bell pepper and crimini mushrooms while sauteeing the onion. I plan on serving with green peas mixed with small white potatoes. Yes, the canned ones! My husband loves them! Please, how to season them? Obviously not creamed but how? Thanks for your input. It's always appreciated!

This delicious filling for crepes is a great, unique way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. Prepare a basic crepe recipe in advance. Crepes can be made and frozen up to several weeks ahead of time.

Hello, Cathy! Since you are making crepes, which sound absolutely deeeelicious, I thought of classic french peas and potatoes. I can't find a recipe with them together, but did find one I think would work. Just quarter the potatoes and add to recipe. Enjoy!

This warm potato salad looks just amazing and you could just tweak it to what you have...and add your peas.

Thank you Savvy! I'll take a peek after lunch. Hubbie doesn't like it when I leave him at the table alone. Get back to you!

'I make these potatoes often for my husband and me. They're easy to prepare and have a nice dill flavor,' writes Vi Neiding of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 'We eagerly await the start of farmers market season to get garden-fresh new potatoes.'

What about something like this? Make your taters however you do and pour this sauce over and serve! (sorry, have never had canned taters??)

Potatoes are tossed in a garlicky dill butter before being served in this easy side.
