Thank you! This is what we went with for dinner last night, used the suggestions for sour cream and bacon, served it over egg noodles, and we all enjoyed it very much! Super quick and easy! Definitely adding it to my recipes box!

Lisa my husband would not try it because of the color of the sauce. He is such and idiot! Didn't bother me though because I just was able to eat more later.

I found an amazing skillet Salsa Chicken recipe on a diabetic site. Saute chicken in a bit of oil, add 16oz of salsa and 12oz diet cola. Simmer till chicken is done and sauce thickens up. You will NOT taste the diet soda! I was skeptical at first, but my family loves it. I've made the one mentioned above, and it's good too.

A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Top each bowl with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Made mostly of canned ingredients, this tasty soup lets the slow cooker do the work so you don't have to!

'MY MOTHER-IN-LAW said she devised this recipe when her children were growing up and schedules were hectic. It was a favorite Sunday dish because it could be cooking while the family was at church. When they came home, it didn't take long to finish the preparations and put dinner on the table.'

I don't know if this is going to show up. It is now listed as private. I tried to see if it was a taste of home recipe but if so, they changed the name. They have a no-fuss chicken but it is not the same.

Cool it worked! I forgot to mention that I have done this with boneless skinless chicken. Just doesn't need to cook as long.

It doesn't work, Icee. Save it as a custmized recipe (you can customize it by just saying, "share it" where it asks what you want to do to customize it and them others can see it.
