My love affair with chicken continues as I decided to make another casserole with ground chicken and rotini noodles with some good healthy greens like Kale and celery that give the casserole some crunch and savoury bite to mix with onion and mushrooms in a tomato sauce topped with cheese. I notice this recipe has no seasoning. Was this an over site?

I put salt in the chicken when cooking and decided not to put much herbs or spices with the vegetables giving their own flavour.

It has seasonings. I see salt, garlic and onions. Technically, these are considered seasonings. While the onions and garlic can be considered veg (i think), but they are usually used as seasoning and aromatics.

Garlic adds something very healthy to the casserole with its life giving properties that can be obtained from the herb. Garlic is one of the seasonings that I can have to benefit me in many meals that I prepare for myself.
