Ecwink is asking: (1 answer)
My wife purchased a very large filet of mahi mahi with the skin. Is it better to remove the skin before cooking? and is there bones. My wife purchased frozen so that's why I'm asking about bone issue

if it is labeled filet- no bones- and probably not anyway- it cooks better to leave the skin while cooking- even if you do not eat the skin- it "holds it together"

be careful as you eat - there can always be a few small bones- that are missed in processing- sounds good- enjoy
