Try this recipe for chicken that is marinated and grilled, dipped in butter and tastes amazingly like lobster. My Dad actually got this recipe from a friend of his, and it's too wonderful to keep it a secret! Serve with clarified butter for dipping.

I don't think this tastes anything like lobster and we don't dip it in butter, but we use bone in chicken parts and really love the flavor of this.

For this arroz con pollo recipe I brown the chicken legs, and I use tomato sauce or canned tomato, also for the bell peppers I use Aneheim geeen peppers in con pollo. You may want to cut the amount of cayenne this recipe calls for!

what about cooking them in a Chinese style; my family loves this. 4 slices ginger, 4 green onions cut in half, 3 c chicken stock, 1.5 c DARK soy sauce, 1 c Chinese rice wine or dry sherry, 2/3 c LIGHT soy sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 3 star anise, 3 cinnamon sticks. Combine all ingredients in a large soup or stock pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes or more. Serve hot or cold. Delicious with all kinds of chicken, but we prefer to use dark meat pieces like your legs.

I served it to some Chinese Students who said it was just like home. Have served it to many people NOT from Asia and they loved it but were first skeptical of the anise and cinnamon until trying the chicken. Easy since it's a one pot meal, too.

I like to make these with some blue cheese or ranch mashed potatos and braised celery. The whole meal together reminds me of Bufffalo Wings.

This is a one pan meal that's in the oven in 15 minutes. Rosemary, garlic, and oregano create a mouth watering aroma and the potatoes are crispy like french fries. Kids just love this!

Chicken legs are roasted, then simmered in a spicy, chipotle cream sauce for a true Mexican chicken recipe. Serve it with rice and salad, and don't forget the warmed corn tortillas!

Soy and ketchup, laced with honey and garlic, make for a potent sauce. This chicken is ideal for appetizers or a main course.
