Good morning, buzzers! I'm having the family....all 25 of 'em....for Easter brunch, and really want to make mini muffins. Not savory, but sweet. Do any of you have a favorite muffin recipe. Please? Thanks!!

These are good. Make some now and freeze, then you will have them on your brunch day! Just make sure you double bag them for the freezer!

Little nutmeg-scented mini muffins are rolled in cinnamon sugar to make a treat that tastes like a donut and is fast to whip up. You can substitute butter for margarine.

These sound great, patticakes, but I'm also making three quiches. We usually have made-to-order omelettes for Easter brunch, but I wanna change it up a little so I can enjoy the family.

I've found that I really like a sour cream/cream cheese mix lately. It's not just for dips anymore! :)

I've used my favorite cranberry muffin recipe and just used the mini pans, and maybe added a little bit of fresh orange zest and they were perfect.
