Agree Patty Cakes. I am always cooking ahead. Especially when I entertain. So many people offer help in the kitchen and I usually always respond that I am all set, just to save their energy for dishes!

I would bake it the night before you want to use it (hold it just one day). Lasagne always tastes better the day after it's been cooked!

I agree with cooking and then serving next day.

I always make it ahead and store unbaked. It always freezes wonderfully also unbaked. Nice to have in the freezer.

Some lasagne recipes have raw eggs in it and if yours does I would bake then let cool and put in the refrig. Eggs can be fussy once cracked and not cooked.
