For some reason I can't seem to read reviews anymore. When I click "read full review" nothing happens, also nothing happens when I click "More Reviews" Any ideas as to what is going on.

Happens to me on occasion. Try either closing the page and opening it again or try clicking on the refresh button.

I restarted the computer, and still can't read them. Then I started my DH's laptop and it won't open them either. I use windows explorer and he uses foxfire. Could it be being blocked by spyware or our opendns settings?

Works for me on firefox, so something must be up on your end.

It works for me depending on which browser versino I use. My updated firefox doesn't load reviews or phtos correctly, with or without ad and popup blockers. Differently, but neither is "correct" I get around it by using the links at the very top of the page. That review link works and the total number of pictures link works. Neither lets me scroll once I get in. On my less-up-to-date version it all works fine.

That has to be a pain in the pattoottie for websites to keep up with all this browser nonsense :)

I really think that this site has more difficulty than any other that I use. Perhaps because they do so many small, constant changes all the time. Reminds me of the tax code. I am used to websites updating but it usually seems a lot bigger and less often.

I agree. I guess I don't update my browser very often. I don't seem to have the problems here that others do.

pop ups are turned on. We keep our computers updated, so maybe that is the problem. I know a new java update just went through. I guess I'll have to wait for AR to catch up. :)

Why don't you contact them. It would be interesting to see what they say about it. Hopefully, you actually get a response instead of one of those pat responses they send out.

I'm not familiar, but Elle said something about compatibilty view on IE causing some problems. You could check that too.

this is the only website that I am having problems with. The javascript:void(0) is working on all other websites I go to but this one.
Feb. 14, 2013 11:03 am
The compatibility view had to do with specific sites and I think was in the address bar and/or the internet options. It's worth checking.

dbc . . . Are these two computers networked, and sharing the same security software? It’s strange that seemingly both computers with different browsers are doing the exact same thing.
Feb. 14, 2013 11:40 am
3 computers, two laptops and a desktop - yes all networked. Goes through opendns which sometimes blocks things on it's own but nothing from here is being blocked unless AR is infected with it's the only new thing that was blacklisted yesterday.
Feb. 14, 2013 11:54 am
I think that may be it. That's one of my blocks and if I turn it off the links that don't work will work. I turned it back on though. I would rather work around and like I said the links at the top still work for me.
Feb. 15, 2013 10:32 am
well that would suck, because it records keystrokes and has the ability to get passwords and credit card #'s. I have to go for a few hours but when I get back I'll unblock it and see if that works, if that's the problem I'm going to file a serious complaint with AR.
