For pan fudge, do you line the pan with foil (buttered)? I'm finally ready to give it a go if buzzers think it really helps. Darn those corners! Thanks.

Hi emeralds,parchmeant paper might work better,if you use foil,i would grease it just a little.

Not sure,maybe use greased tin foil,if hanging over the edges.

I use non-stick foil. Form it over an upside down pan, flip and pop the formed foil into the pan. You will not have wrinkles and your corners will be crisp.
