This is Very good, IMHO. LOL Don't worry about this, I have made this many times and it Does sink since you can't turn it over but it tastes like Yeah, Heaven!!:):):)

The light-as-air mousse in this pie gets its sweetness from melted marshmallows and milk chocolate. Use your favorite pie crust recipe or a store-bought graham cracker crust.

Very light, not overbearing on the chocolate. It is the AR's recipe for recipe group this week. Def. make ahead to let it set real good.

Valencia Orange Cake with Chocolate Ingredients 25oz Cream Cheese 6oz Biscuits (Cookies in American) 2oz Butter - melted 2oz Sugar 3fl oz Fresh or Quality Orange Juice 10oz Mandarins or Preserved Oranges Chocolate Shavings Preparation Smash the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter; Spoon the mixture into a baking tin greased with butter and chill in the fridge for some 15 to 30 minutes; In a separate bowl, beat the cheese, the sugar and the orange juice to form a smooth even mixture; Pour this mixture into the tin and return to the fridge for some 4 hours or so; Decorate the cake with pieces of mandarin and chocolate shavings.
